Payments and Pricing

QB Labs accepts all major credit cards and ACH electronic payments as payment.  All prices shown on our website are subtotals and do not include local sales tax if sales tax is required to be collected.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground and are shipping within 2 business days. QB-Labs only ships online orders within the United States.

Refunds and Returns

QB Labs offers replacements on any damaged items. We do not offer refunds. Contact operations@leap-laboratories to discuss replacements.

Viewing Orders

Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information on their order. Customers can contact operations@leap-laboratories for questions and the latest updates on their order.
